Meditation means contemplating on one and only one thing. It is a normal and natural process of consciously directing one’s attention inwards having withdrawn all other external faculties. Consequently, it facilitates one to realize one’s true Nature. In our system, we don’t emphasize on achieving concentration, instead we lay emphasis on unconditional waiting. Waiting is the key. It brings concentration naturally as an end result. Concentration is an instrument of revelation and one cannot reach God through it.

In a way, Meditation helps you to refill and rejuvenate yourself by drawing the necessary energy from the infinite source present within all of us. Through Meditation you will be in touch with that source for sustenance regularly. Hence, the need for external support systems drops naturally and you get the strength from within. In our system, we advise meditation on heart as it is the Centre of all activities of the body. When meditated on the Heart, the energy that is received also gets transmitted to the entire body. When Heart is purified, the mind gets automatically regulated and disciplined as Heart is the playground of the mind.

Meditating with sincerity brings many notable changes within yourself. Your outlook towards everything changes and the blaming principle drops. You start loving yourself and accept the life the way it comes. Slowly, you will drop all that is ephemeral and prioritise only That which is worth holding on to. All the negative emotions like hatred, anger, jealousy, frustrations etc. bids farewell and Meditation fills you with positive energies. Happiness will be your second nature – happiness which does not depend on anything outside of you.
